B |            关于一般公共预算执行情况,报告称,工业生产者出厂价格连续5个月上涨,1-7月涨幅为1.8%,价格带动作用明显;货物进出口额快速增长,1-7月进口额增长22%,对进口环节税收贡献较大;资本市场交易活跃,带动印花税收入等涨幅较大。

C |                           报告指出,1-7月,全国政府性基金预算收入18219亿元(人民币,下同),同比下降21.2%;全国国有资本经营预算收入2575亿元,同比增长39.8%,主要是去年下半年提高了中央企业国有资本收益收取比例,以及部分省份也提高了收益收取比例;全国社会保险基金预算收入78657亿元,同比增长8.3%。
