B |          　　关于一般公共预算执行情况，报告称，工业生产者出厂价格连续5个月上涨，1-7月涨幅为1.8%，价格带动作用明显；货物进出口额快速增长，1-7月进口额增长22%，对进口环节税收贡献较大；资本市场交易活跃，带动印花税收入等涨幅较大。

C |                         　　报告指出，1-7月，全国政府性基金预算收入18219亿元(人民币，下同)，同比下降21.2%；全国国有资本经营预算收入2575亿元，同比增长39.8%，主要是去年下半年提高了中央企业国有资本收益收取比例，以及部分省份也提高了收益收取比例；全国社会保险基金预算收入78657亿元，同比增长8.3%。
